If Valystroneqa cancels a course or program before completion, all enrolled students will receive a full refund of their payment for that specific course.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses purchased more than 14 days ago where you do not qualify under technical issues
- Completed courses or courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed
- Downloaded materials, certificates, or credentials already issued
- Subscription renewals where the renewal period has already begun
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as non-refundable at the time of sale
- Purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers
- Services already rendered, including live sessions attended
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to subscription content until the end of the paid period.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if requested within the first 30 days of the initial subscription period, provided you have accessed less than 10% of available content.
